INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANCY
Deriving the design strategy evolves from what we want the
'end-user experience' to be. We work closely with our client to develop and refine a detailed brief to evolve into an innovative interior concept. A thorough site survey is taken place and analysed against previous plans. Each creative presentation is tailored to our client's individual needs.
SPATIAL PLANNING & CONCEPT DESIGN
Our mission is to create innovative designs to meet functional demands. For any client we establish the right consumer journey based around all research and utilise the building's optimum space and characteristics.
3D VISUALISATION
SDE Group offer a 3D modelling service to help each client understand their interior space through a three-dimensional perspective. Depending on our client's requirements, we can provide a 3D model using multiple computer software programmes.
MATERIAL SPECIFICATION
We provide physical or digital materials board to establish a strong connection between the materials palette and the design scheme. All materials will be sourced directly through us.
Office furniture is also sourced through us to ensure we provide the most cost effective and aesthetically pleasing furniture.
FURNITURE & LIGHTING SPECIFICATION
We provide specifications for all furniture, fittings and lighting. Depending on our client's budgets we provide the option to manufacture bespoke joinery or purchase off-the-shelf items.
For any bespoke joinery, we also provide technical drawings.
OFFICE FIT-OUT & INSTALLATION
We are dedicated to provide the highest quality and standards in work, service and safety levels with a comprehensive range of decorating, installation, lighting and M&E services.
360° VIRTUAL TOUR
Our focus is to create interactive spatial experiences through 360° virtual tours - providing a completely bespoke service at the highest standard to all customers. This allows users to interact, view and walk through buildings without actually being there!
