WOW, what a year it’s been at the SDE Group! Despite all the Covid_19 interruptions and constrictions, SDE have successfully managed to work safely and efficiently on site completing numerous jobs to the highest of standards.
Due to our continued increase in workload, we have expanded our sales team this year bringing Luke Hemstock and Elliot Watson on board as our Project Consultants. They have been very busy working on both large and smaller scaled projects throughout the UK for both our Industrial and Interiors sides of the business.
Another one of our Racking Inspectors successfully passed his SARI qualification at the start of 2020 becoming our third 'SEMA Approved Racking Inspector'. Our team of racking inspectors have been extremely busy this year ensuring the safety of all our sites. A big thank you to all our inspectors - Paul Jackson, Josh Bennett and Paul Ellis.
With our ambition and continued drive to maintain an innovative company, we are always looking at ways to improve our services so this year we bought on board our 3D Designer Charlotte Watson to run the 3D Design team, producing 3D visuals, animations and immersive 360° virtual tour experiences to all clients in all sectors.

One of our largest Distribution Warehouses
This project really has the WOW factor - successfully led by our Managing Director at SDE Group - Jonathan Bennett. One of the most challenging aspects of our recent Distribution Centre fit-out was the formation of a FIFO Roller Racking system, constructed on a large scale mezzanine structure to allow pallets to be stored in lanes underneath.
Quick Lane Gorton
Our latest Automotive project was the renovation of an old Crawshaw's Butchers unit and transformation into our new Quick Lane concept - focusing on creating an engaging customer experience and staff safety. Using out latest technology, we created a 360° virtual tour of the site upon completion:
Warehouse Surveys & Visualisations
An Industrial and 3D Design collaboration project involving the site surveys and 3D services for many warehouses within the UK.
Our interiors team have been working on multiple office and retail projects that we cannot wait to share with you in the new year! A huge congratulations to Robert Cartwright - Group Construction Director and his Interiors team for numerous successful projects this year!!

Of course, all our projects wouldn't have been successful without the thorough communication and hard work of our contracts department, ensuring all projects are on site and delivered on time. Ian Buckton - our Group Contracts Director and his team, have worked to tight deadlines and strict government guidelines this year and have ensured 100% client satisfaction.
Our admin and accounts team have been super efficient in ensuring all jobs have run smoothly, a huge thanks to them for all their hard work!
We have so many live projects on the go at the moment and we cannot wait to share them with you in the new year!
