We would like to congratulate Rodd Glover on his promotion to Senior Contracts Manager!
Rodd has been working at SDE group for 8 years, working his way up through the ranks.
We have asked Rodd a few questions about working with SDE Group:
What do you enjoy about your job the most?
“Working within a fantastic team, the bigger the project the better! I enjoy seeing the project develop, I get to work all over the country from top to bottom and have great relationships with clients. I make sure there are clear lines of communication and the management of the team.”
What difficulties do you have to deal with?
“Working to tight deadlines and alongside other contractors on sites to overcome any obstacles. Day to day running of all the vehicles, making sure they are maintained as well as the trailers and scissor lifts that we use on site. I combat this by keeping the teams motivated and organised, using initiative/problem solving.”
What are you looking forward to bringing to your new role?
“A chance to make improvements if and where needed, I can guarantee I will give my all as I always have done from my very first day at SDE and look forward to new challenges.”
