One of the main constraints facing SDE Group on this project was a very tight timescale, which included coordination of the movement of stock from an existing warehouse together with new stock landing in the new facility. The result was a total project duration of seven weeks, one week ahead of program. All works were undertaken in accordance with Construction, Design Management (CDM 2007) Regulations.
